Phoenix Boats Expands Production Facility

Phoenix Boats announced today that it purchased a new facility and will be expanding it in order to increase production. “Sales have continued to outpace our production capabilities,” states Gary Clouse, President. “We are purchasing a 75,000 square foot building on 10 acres in Winchester, Tennessee, and will be renovating it to our specifications for a new state-of-the-art production facility as well as adding a new office building. We are anticipating the renovation and construction to be complete by the summer of 2012.”

Independent statistics show that Phoenix has been able, even in a tough economy, to increase its sales numbers while its competitors numbers have grown smaller. “This is largely due to the product itself,” says Clouse. “Our boats perform well, they are angler friendly and priced competitively. We are an independent company that offers all brands of outboards, and focuses on quality. Our goal is to be a company that people want to do business with, offers the best possible boat for a fair price, and services our customers after the sale. Our formula for success isn’t complicated at all.”

“The Phoenix lineup of models continues to grow. We have five models now and more in process,” continues Clouse. “The boat market is showing signs of recovery. It will continue to grow slowly and we are positioned to grow with it.”
