I had a keeper on a crank at 7:30am and thought the bass were mostly deep...
gave up on the topwater bite but was not using a silent topwater...Buzzy/Sexy Dawg...they no like.
Oh, the humble pie.
Had 3 short fish...just enough to keep me wasting my time with the S-Head the last 4 hours+.
Of course the only place I skipped today was worth both 2nd and 5th!
